Highlights

Just a week before Samsung’s highly anticipated Unpacked event, renowned leaker Evan Blass has unveiled the comprehensive spec sheets and marketing materials for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. These leaks reveal intriguing details about Samsung’s upcoming folding phones.

Notably, the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 are set to be lighter and boast extended battery life, even with slightly slimmer designs. The screens have also undergone subtle refinements. The Z Flip 6 stands out with a unique feature: the ability to use Samsung’s language-translating Interpreter Mode on its front cover screen, facilitating easy communication.

Furthermore, the Z Flip 6 marks a milestone as the first foldable device to incorporate vapor chamber cooling. Both phones boast IP48 ingress protection, although it’s worth noting that the “4” in IP48 doesn’t signify improved dust resistance, but rather protection against larger solid objects. It’s plausible that Samsung simply opted not to claim this rating for previous foldables.

Here are the highlights we’ve compiled by checking these specs against last year’s Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, assuming these details come to be true:
